The role:
- Crafting stunning interiors for luxury private homes and residential developments
- Developing client briefs and creating conceptual presentations
- Generating space plans, elevations, and custom joinery drawings
- Sourcing and designing FF&E
- Collaborating with the Creative Director to bring design presentations to life
- Managing projects on EstiMac for the Procurement & Project Manager
- Coordinating with contractors, architects, suppliers, and other professionals
- Assisting with on-site installations and ensuring smooth project delivery
- Cultivating relationships with talented artists and suppliers
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment, delivering projects on time and within budget
- A versatile, creative spirit with a passion for exploring various interior styles and genres
- A willingness to ask questions, follow direction, and embrace innovative ideas
- Innovative thinking that can respond to briefs in dynamic and unexpected ways
- The ability to transcend budget constraints for exceptional design
- A discerning eye for color, texture, and pattern
- A broad knowledge of products and suppliers
- Expertise in creating captivating mood boards
- A natural ability to prioritize clients' needs
- Experience working on-site and liaising with contractors to ensure high-quality design execution
- Proficiency in CAD for comprehensive furniture layouts and intricate design details, as well as skills in Photoshop and InDesign
- A strong knowledge of Esti Mac/PC

- A competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 annually, based on experience
