FRAME is partnering exclusively with a high-end Hospitality and Residential studio to hire a Mid-weight Interior Designer based in South London. Currently 11 strong, this studio has big growth plans over the next 5 years, and have consistently won awards for projects in both the Resi and Hospitality industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Mid-weight to gain mentorship from some of the industry's leading designers, with a clear route to develop into a Senior Designer.

In this role you will be reporting to a Senior Interior Designer, working as a Mid-weight Interior Designer on a mixture of both Residential and Hospitality projects. You will work as an all-round Interior Designer, getting involved from the concept stages of the project right through to installation. Technical knowledge is incredibly important in this role, so it's imperative you have worked on projects to completion, including on site delivery with multiple contractors/stakeholders. The key here is to have experience working on projects with complex moving parts, and having the design and technical knowledge to assist with delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst maintaining a strong design narrative throughout the finished space.

You will also:
  • Be fully proficient producing 2D drawings on AutoCAD
  • Be confident using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have strong examples to show in your portfolio from all project stages
The studio operate a fully 3:2 hybrid model after probation (which you will be working on a 4:1 model for).
