You and the Role:
You are a talented and experienced designer who can manage small to medium-scale interior projects from concept to completion, either independently or under supervision. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping high-end residential, hospitality, and leisure projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: You will contribute creatively to the design process, bringing a wealth of inspirational ideas and imagery to enhance project schemes and proposals.
- FF&E Management: Assist in compiling comprehensive FF&E cost estimates, writing finish schedules, and managing fixtures and fittings.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise directly with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails, and handle general administrative tasks.
Ideally you'll have:
- A recognised degree in Interior Design.
- 3-5 years of post-graduation experience in the industry.
- In-depth understanding of design trends.
- Proficient in materials, their uses, and finishes.
- Familiar with RIBA design stages.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Highly skilled in producing hand sketches.
