In this position you will find yourself working in a diverse role across all design stages, including client liaison and site visits. You will be involved from the initial brief all the way to handover, acting as the main point of contact for your clients on any Interior Architecture queries. The studio directors pride themselves on spending a large portion of their time onboarding clients and getting to know them to ensure a detailed and specific brief is taken, enabling the team to deliver incredibly personal and detailed schemes for private homes.
You will be working on between 2-4 projects at any one time, and your work days will vary between attending site meetings, workshopping ideas with the team in the office, preparing designs for clients, working on technical packages and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers. You will be working in a highly motivated team, supported by the two directors, with an experienced FF&E Designer working alongside you. You will have ultimate responsibility for producing and delivering technical packages on each project, and will be an absolute stickler for deadlines.
The ideal person for this role will be:
- Experienced liaising with UHNW clients, specifically in the London/UK market
- Highly skilled with AutoCAD, and other supporting CAD softwares (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up etc)
- Detail orientated and able to produce complex bespoke joinery and furniture drawings
- Comfortable taking responsibility for drawing packages on an entire project
- Extremely organised and time-efficient
