Frame are partnered with a top AJ100, London based Architecture studio who are looking to hire an ARB Project Architect to join the studio on a full time permanent basis.
The studio are thriving and have a number of UK Residential, Commercial and Mixed use projects that are needing a project running/ leading Architect to join the team. This role will be for a multi-unit Residential project, alongside some Mixed use projects throughout the year, focused on the later/ construction stages from 3-6.
They will need someone who has strong UK project history, alongside Revit proficiency with at least 1-2 years on live projects. This position will be leading a small team of 2 people so any experience here, alongside client facing and on site skills would be beneficial.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Revit
- RIBA stage 3-6 , construction/ detailing lead
- UK based Residential experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
