The company are renowned across the Hospitality and Workplace sectors for their aesthetic based, customer led designs. They have won two significant projects that will be in design stages for some time, and have further work lined up afterwards.
As one of the Designers in the team you will be working on the concept, workplace strategy and space planning of multiple floor plates, liaising heavily with the clients to develop the schemes. You will be working on analysing team relationships to ensure the space works for the client's needs and the different zones flow correctly.
What we'd like to see from you:
- Revit experience is ideal, although training can be provided
- Software competency on other design tools to show 2D and 3D concept designs (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite etc)
- Experience working on post-Covid work spaces, focusing on cellular vs open plan and focus/community/play spaces
- Experience on Stages 0-3
- Highly creative portfolio centered on HQ and large scale office projects
