- Technically Skilled Architect Requirement for the Client Monitoring Team
- Minimum of 10 years post Part 3 experience
- Salary Range: £50,000 - £64,000 per annum
- London Office: Approximately 55 team members
- Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
- The company specialises in Commercial office projects predominately, but also has experience in Residential and Mixed-Use developments around London.
- As a vital member of the CMT, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring quality, and collaborating with a talented team.
- Exciting and interesting projects on site, soon to commence, ranging in £7m - £500m+.
- UK experience in high profile Commercial/ Mixed- Use/ Residential projects through RIBA stages 3-6.
- Technical Focus: This role involves checking others' work and drawings at stages 3 + 4, requiring significant technical expertise.
- Responsibilities: Leading on monitoring projects, managing small teams, and collaborating with external consultants.
- Skills Needed: Technical proficiency, attention to detail, ability to deal confidently with clients and contractors.
- Role Involves: Peer reviews, contractor proposal reviews, design progress monitoring, on-site inspections, attendance at project meetings, and more.
