Are you a motivated and experienced Associate who is a successful Project/Team leader with excellent management, design, and technical skills? If so, we are looking for you to join a small practice who we are working with.

You'll head up project delivery from concept to completion, and will play a key role in the development of the practice as a whole.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Projects from Concept to Delivery: You'll be responsible for ensuring projects progress smoothly at all stages, providing expert guidance and oversight to your team.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with Directors to generate new opportunities, develop fee proposals, and nurture client relationships.
  • Practice Management: Contribute to the management and development of the practice, taking the lead on strategic professional matters such as CDM and BIM.
  • Versatility: Work on a diverse range of projects, with solid experience in UK Residential projects, Mixed-Use - Resi led or more Industrial buildings alongside this too.
  • You will be running big projects and getting involved in practice management, and the running of a small practice. 
About You:
  • Experience: You need to have a number of years post-qualification experience in the delivery of UK projects in Residential at a minimum, but ideally across different sectors too.
  • ARB Registration.
  • Your knowledge of RIBA stages 0-6 and contract management is solid.
  • You're proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Business Acumen: You have an active interest in the business side of architecture and are flexible and initiative-driven.
  • Team Player: You are client-focused, professional, team-oriented, creative, pragmatic, and committed to learning and development.
  • Residency: You have the permanent right to live and work in the UK
