FRAME are currently looking for an Associate Level Interior Designer to join an award winning studio based in Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard working, ambitious Designer keen to progress to Director in the near future.

You will be responsible for resourcing, planning and leading multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.

The studio thrives on imagination and creativity, which you will encourage and support your team with.

As an Associate Interior Designer you will report to the Operations Manager by producing concepts, narratives and leading technical stages.

This is a fully encompassing and rewarding role for a Designer who loves to be hands on in all stages, as well as managing a team.
  
Skills and responsibilities:
  • Full proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite (Revit and Enscape an advantage but not essential).
  • Exceptional technical skills, confidence leading technical stages
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practice in construction
  • Confident leading project workshops to produce concepts and presentations for clients
  • Experience managing budgets and workflows for projects
  • Confident building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Passion and proven experience of working in F&B / Hospitality projects in portfolio
  • Ability to successfully lead and manage a team, as well as inspire and encourage innovation and creativity in the team
  • Experience in project delivery and management of large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Highly driven and ambitious, with a pro-active and supportive attitude towards team
  
Studio:
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience plus a percentage of profit share
