FRAME are currently looking for a talented Associate Interior Designer to join a global design leader, within the Global Top 100 of architectural practices.
  
We are searching for a creative Associate Interior Designer to join a large practice based in London, working a variety of exciting projects. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and passion for design, together with your co-ordination, innovation and technical expertise to deliver great projects which not only exceed our clients’ expectations but also reflect our vision and values.
  
The role:
  
We are looking for an Associate Interior Designer who are driven and proactive, with an open and inquisitive mind-set and a concern for quality. We are seeking Associates who have experience with day to day running of projects and teams, resourcing, commercial input, presenting to clients and building client relationships, helping win new business, lead creative design and technical solutions

Skills and experience:
  • Advanced Revit is essential
  • Highly technical as well as creative
  • Excellent at developing client relationships
  • Excellent team management skills and ability to motivate and lead people
  • Strong project management and budget management ability
  • Highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe/Affinity Suite
  • Skilled presenter both verbally and visually
  • Excellent communication skills
Your qualifications and experience
  • Degree in Interior Design
  • Proven experience of leading the design of high-quality interiors projects
  • Experience of working within workplace (as an associate or equivalent level)
  • Experience of running BIM ISO projects
  • Experience with brief taking
  • Experience of working directly with the client, contractor, and design team
  • Experience coordinating with M&E and other consultant's work
