FRAME are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to join an evolving, Architecture & Interior Design studio based in London. The studio pride themselves in putting their people first, with a strong work ethic and great culture in studio.
For this role, they are looking for someone who is proficient in Revit with at least 2 years on live projects. They are focused in the Residential sector, although do a little Commercial and Leisure also, including beautiful homes and multi-unit developments also. They would love someone who has worked on similar projects including UK based Resi work. Where this is a technical role, they need someone strong in detailing and excellent technical capability.
his will be a permanent role, salary ranging from £35,000 to £42,000 per annum depending on relevant experience.
Skills required:
- Revit proficiency – 2 years minimum
- Strong technical ability
- UK based Residential background
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The studio are small to medium sized studio with a really positive work culture in the office as mentioned. They have a hybrid home, office work set up currently.
