Architectural Technologist

The Role: As an Architectural Technologist, you will have the opportunity to put your technical skills to the test and immerse yourself in projects. Your responsibilities will include producing technical packages independently, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations, and contributing to the design and execution of projects that celebrate classical and traditional styles. Requirements:

Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working on bespoke residential projects in the UK.
Technical Prowess: Excellent technical ability with a proven track record of delivering on bespoke projects.
Regulatory Knowledge: Good knowledge of UK building regulations is essential.
Software Skills: Experience with Vectorworks is an advantage, or a willingness to learn this software.
Architectural Style: An appreciation for classical and traditional styles of architecture.
Creativity: Hand-sketching ability and a creative flair are highly regarded.
Passion: A genuine passion for high-quality design and classical architecture.
