FRAME are currently on the lookout for an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join an Architecture & Interior Design studio based in London. For this role, the studio are happy to look at either a 4-8 month contract or also someone on a straight permanent basis. They are looking for someone who is very confident in Vectorworks having used it on live projects, including strong technical ability including technical packages and construction detailing. Projects will include high end/ high budget Residential work in the UK so they are looking for someone who has worked on similar projects previously.
Skills required:
- Vectorworks proficiency
- Must have UK based Residential projects
- Strong focus on exterior detailing
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The studio are a medium sized Architecture studio of around 20 people based in London. They currently have a hybrid set up including 3 days in office and 2 from home (could be slightly more flexible if needed either way). As mentioned they are looking to look at contractors for this role but can also consider temp to perms or starting someone permanent straight away as they are very busy with lots of work on!
