FRAME is partnered with a modern Multi-disciplinary Consultancy to find an Architectural Technician/ Technologist for their team, with collaborative innovation at the heart of what they do. This company offer a comprehensive range of consultancy services across a wide range of sectors: housing, education, health, care, blue light, commercial, and regeneration and mixed use. Their work is frequently recognised for excellence by the design and construction industry. In the last ten years, they have been a part of more than 25 award-winning projects.

If interested, you should have experience of working as an Architectural Technician/Technologist, including residential project experience.

As an Architectural Technician/ Technologist your role and responsibilities will include:
  • Experience of residential housing
  • Technical/ Post planning RIBA stages
  • Beneficial if you have experience of working with housing associations and local authorities
  • Experience of working on UK projects in a BIM environment
  • Experience of a range of residential typologies and scheme size
  • Proven ability to work individually or within a small team
  • Ability to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM
  • Additional skills such as AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering, proficiency in Sketch Up, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator are an advantage
  • Desired if have sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Current Planning Policy and Legislation
