FRAME are looking to hire either an ARB Architect or Architectural Technician on a 6 month contract basis. The studio are a central London based, Architecture & Interior Design studio who are looking to hire on their busy, multi-unit Residential and Hospitality team.
The role will be primarily RIBA stage 4-5 focused, they are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, including drawing packages and construction detailing. For this role, they will need someone who is proficient in Revit with at least 2 years on live projects.
The studio is also able to pay outside iR35/ LTD if of interest!
Skills required:
- Revit proficient
- Technical stage focus- RIBA stage 4-5
- UK based projects in Architecture/ Construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The studio are a small to medium sized Architecture & Interior Design studio based in London. They are focused on a range of sectors as a wider business but as mentioned this role will be working on their Residential and Hospitality/ Heritage team/ projects. They have a hybrid work set up including 3 days working in the office and 2 from home.
