FRAME have some new exciting positions for a London based Architecture & Interior Design studio. The job roles will include ARB Architects and Architectural Technicians to work on a prestigious, luxury Hospitality refurb project in London. The project is entering RIBA stage 4-5 so the studio are needing someone very confident in technical detailing using AutoCAD. Any Hotel/ high end Resi or Refurbishment project experience will be beneficial for this role also.
The contract should last from 3-6 months with a quick start date (ASAP / 2 weeks maximum), however this client has the interest in keeping people on longer, to be reviewed nearer the time.
Skills required:
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Sage 4-5 specialist, strong technical ability
- UK project experience/ building regulation knowledge
- Ideally UK based Hospitality/ refurb/ high end Resi experience
This studio are an award winning, Hospitality and Residential specialist firm with a great company culture. They have a very flexible work/ home set up including 2 days per week minimum in office and 3 from home. The studio are able to hire both LTD and Umbrella/ PAYE contractors as this role falls outside iR35 as well. It’s a studio I have placed with frequently and always received great feedback for placements!
