FRAME are urgently looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist or BIM Coordinator to join an award winning, top AJ100 Architecture studio on a permanent basis in London. For this role, they are looking for technical expertise including strong Revit ability within RIBA stage 3-6, BIM modelling and family creation. The projects they have on include UK based Residential, Commercial and Mixed use projects also, focused at construction stages.
Skills required:
- Revit proficiency
- BIM Modelling, family creation, working knowledge of ISO19650 (and PAS/BS1192)
- UK based Mixed use, Residential or Commercial experience
- RIBA stage 3-6, on site, technical ability
- Strong communication and organisation skills
The studio are a large sized Architecture firm with a number of busy projects requiring expertise. They are working in a hybrid set up including 3 days in office and 2 from home.
