Are you a Technical ARB Architect or Senior Architectural Technician on the lookout for a new job role? I am working with a London based Architecture studio who are looking to hire in an initial 6-12 month contract duration, outside iR35 (both LTD and Umbrella payment methods available).
For this role, the studio are looking for someone with exceptional Revit experience, alongside RIBA stage 3-5 skills. The project will include high rise UK based Residential buildings, so any experience in this area would be preferred. The role will have various responsibilities including on site, client facing and team leading, project running opportunities, so they are looking for someone confident in these areas.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Revit
- UK based Residential experience – high rise preferred
- On site experience
- RIBA stage 3-5 skills on UK on UK Projects
- Project running skills beneficial
- Client facing, able to work independently
The Studio
The studio are a busy central London studio who are small to medium size. They have a really fun, positive office culture with lots of social events throughout the year! They are really pro active on internal progression and development and whilst this is an initial contract role, they are very much open to going temp to perm and long term prospects.
