Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects from RIBA Stage 3, developing conceptual designs into
detailed architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.

• Ensure adherence to client design intent, brand standards, and project requirements
throughout all phases.

• Lead cross-functional teams of 2-3 architects/designers/junior PMs plus external
consultants to coordinate all design efforts.

• Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and swiftly resolve any design
implementation issues.

• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and exceptional client-facing
communication materials.

• Stay up-to-date on trends, materials, and sustainable practices in luxury fashion and retail design 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management and minimum 3 years of
proven experience in luxury retail/fashion projects.

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead teams and meet
deadlines.

• Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Project Management Software, AutoCAD, VectorWorks, Rhino,
SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and sustainable design
principles.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking capabilities.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for site visits as needed.
