FRAME are currently looking for an ARB Architect or Project Architect to join a well established studio based in London. For this role they are looking for someone with strong leadership ability including managing juniors and also project running. They would love someone with experience across all RIBA stage with a slight focus on 2-5. They are open to sector background however this studio are predominantly working on both UK and Middle East based projects including Hospitality, Mixed use, Commercial and Residential, so would ideally see someone from Mixed sector background also.
The studio are looking for someone to stay with them long term and develop into Associate Director level further down the line to become a key member of the company. This will be a permanent role, salary ranging from £34,000 - £48,000 depending on relevant experience.
Skills required:
- Team leading skills
- Project/ job running ability
- RIBA stage 2-5
- Hospitality, Mixed use, Commercial and/ or Residential project background
- UK studio/ building regulation experience
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The studio are an award winning, passionate and hardworking company to work for, we have made numerous placements all with great feedback! They are about 45-60 people in total, so would ideally see someone from a medium or larger sized UK firm also for continuity on project size.
