Requirements:
  • Architect Role - Qualified ARB or Part III - With 2-5 years experience
  • Creative Background: Bring your creative flair to the forefront, exceptional design and drawing skills are important 
  • Revit and AutoCAD Proficiency
  • Conservation/ Heritage Background/ Experience: Experience and/or passion for historic buildings
  • Experience across all RIBA Stages: Dive into projects across all RIBA stages covering design and technical, and showcase your comprehensive understanding of the architectural process. Your ability to navigate each stage will ensure project success.
  • Competitive Salary: With a generous salary of up to £45,000 per annum, your talents will be rewarded accordingly. Your contributions will be recognised and valued within this studio environment, with a clear pathway to progression.
  • Experience in project delivery and management would be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulations  
  • Demonstrate good client-facing communication skills  
  • AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation desirable  
  • Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects  
  • Additional accreditations such as AABC, RIBA SCA/CA, RICS (BCAS), familiarity with NEC4 contracts are advantageous
