ARCHITECT/ Experienced Part III (Registered architect or equivalent level)

Your role:
-           Strong Revit skills is essential and a high level of CAD skill
-           Business space/ office experience
-           3,4,5 + RIBA stage experience
-           Minimum 2/3 years as an Architect
-           Able to run projects or support on large scale projects
-           RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience working within UK Building Regulations
-           Experience of working across a range of different sectors (Commercial / Business Space is preferred)
-            Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team
 Knowledge of NBS Chorus specification systems
 Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite/ Affinity applications
 Creative presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
 Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
 Working knowledge of town planning procedures
 Skilled within front end design and brief resolution
