- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect.
- You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
- You are experienced across all RIBA stages, particularly in delivery stages.
- Experience working on Performing Arts and/or Commercial Office projects.
- Experience with corporate interior design, with documentation of interior detailing.
- Strong visual communication skills, and the ability to develop 3D designs.
- Experience with planning applications is desired.
- A team player and ability to work independently too.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Lead and contribute to projects across a variety of sectors, such as Commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use, cultural, master planning, and educational developments.
- Work across a variety of scales, from new builds to restorations, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and functional designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
- Full-time in office role, 5 days per week
