Skills Required:
- Fully qualified architect with a minimum of 5 years post Part III experience
- Experience in significant architectural and interior projects, especially refurbishments and extensions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and design-driven
- Excellent computer skills with strong technical and design capabilities
- Collaborative, with good interpersonal skills and a strong team ethic
- Strong sketching and visualisation skills
- Creative, innovative, and clear in articulating ideas
- Experience with multi-disciplinary design teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit knowledge is a plus
- Strong technical skills and detailing experience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Initiative to thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Beneficial: on-site experience with contractors to ensure high-quality finishes
- Flexible in working within large teams or leading small project teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit is advantageous but not essential
