Key skills and responsibilities needed - Project Architect:
- Relevant qualifications e.g. RIBA/ARB
- Experience in RIBA stages 2-5
- Experience leading live projects & project teams
- Led the delivery of minimum 1 completed project in UK - Project Delivery experience
- Experience of leading a team of people on a large project
- Running a project & coordinating a project
- Life science / Lab experience or Commercial office experience
- Revit proficiency
- Experience leading small team
- Experience working with UK based consultants and clients on lab or commercial office buildings
- Relevant qualifications e.g. RIBA/ARB
- Experience in RIBA stages 2-5
- Experience as working as part of a team
