Project Architect (Permanent)

I am recruiting an experienced, creative Project Architect to work for a leading London based employee-owned practice, which has been shortlisted for BD architectural employer of the year awards.

You will need a strong 'design eye' to work on projects with a focus on high quality/bespoke design. Projects range from small mews properties and one-off penthouses to large apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes with construction values of £1m to £40m.

You will be able to prepare and develop drawings, models, images and other documents relating to design and technical documentation, covering all RIBA stages.

Key requirements:

* a minimum of three to 5 years' practice experience working as a project architect at all RIBA stages
* strong design ability including experience of detail / technical design and delivery
* proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and appropriate rendering competencies
* experience of AutoCAD and/or Revit
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* comfortable and confident in both client facing and contractor facing roles
* experience of working in a small to medium sized practice specialising in residential or other high specification projects
