I am currently recruiting for a creative Associate Architect with a minimum of 15 years' experience within building/construction for a friendly Oxford based practice with a London office. They work on an exciting variety of projects covering Commercial, Education, Residential, Blue Light and Public Buildings.

You will be responsible for architectural design; co-ordination of Design Team & contract administration, key commercial activities and Business Development.

Role essentials


    * You will be RIBA III (or equivalent) and ARB registered
    * You will be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM 2.
    * An established skill of maintaining excellent client relationships, becoming competent in key client management as a tool towards developing future business.
