Who are we?
FRAME is a leader in Building Design Recruitment, providing solutions for more than 18 years. Our Architecture and Interior Design teams are established, niche and very busy, which would really suit someone experienced in sales but new to recruitment, looking for an opportunity to maintain and grow their earnings. Our consultants work on specialist desks which enables them to build their knowledge, credibility, and billings quickly!

What to expect in the role?
Our best recruiters spend most of their day on the phone, talking to clients and candidates. They are developing relationships, building their people networks, understanding what businesses need, looking for problems to solve (versus jobs to fill), marketing themselves and their best opportunities, managing recruitment deals and ultimately, placing people in new jobs!

Our basic salaries range from £18-25k with realistic on target earnings of £30-35k in year 1, and £40k+ after that.
