Job title: BIM Coordinator
Role: Permanent position - £40,000 - £55,000
This role is for an esteemed, large scale multidisciplinary practice of professionals, they are looking for someone to play a crucial role in collaborating with our BIM lead to establish and manage a comprehensive studio-wide library and family creation system. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to delve into intricate projects at BIM Level 2 in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership, auditing, and expansion of the studio Revit library.
- Creation of custom Revit families tailored to project requirements.
- Assistance to architects and designers in asset creation.
- Development of new workflows and related guidelines.
- Provision of one-to-one mentoring on optimal workflow practices.
- Collaboration with the BIM lead on project strategies and model setup.
- Auditing and troubleshooting of Revit models.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field such as architectural technology, architecture, construction, or BIM technician.
- Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architecture.
- Advanced skills in family creation, auditing, and editing.
- Proficiency in parametric modeling and asset creation.
- Familiarity with ISO19650 standard and documentation.
- Previous experience with Cobie datasets and clash detection workflows.
- Working knowledge of Autocad, Navisworks, and other relevant software.
